ク：臭み消し一皿で栄養満点！さっぱり牛しゃぶそうめん
日本酒をもみ込んで臭みを消した牛しゃぶを、クレソンと梅干し入りのタレで食す麺料理です。そうめんから炭水化物、クレソンからビタミン類、牛肉からたんぱく質がとれる栄養リッチな一皿です。
食べごたえのある一皿ですが、梅の酸味がアクセントとなり、さっぱりと頂けますよ。
冷やし牛しゃぶそうめん
材料（2人分）
- 牛薄切り肉(しゃぶしゃぶ用)
- 150g
- ┗煮切酒
- 大さじ1/2
- 紫玉ねぎ
- 1/6個
- ベビーリーフ
- 1袋
- ブラックオリーブ（種無し）
- 4～5粒
- プチトマト
- 3～4個
- (A)オリーブ油
- 大さじ2
- ┗レモン汁
- 大さじ1
- ┗おろしにんにく(チューブ)
- 小さじ1/4
- ┗塩こしょう
- 少々
- ┗粒マスタード
- 小さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 牛肉は酒をもみ込んでおく。鍋に湯を沸かして牛肉を1枚ずつ入れて茹で、肉の色が変わったら氷水にとり、ざるに上げて水気をきる。クレソンは3cm位に切っておく。

- 梅干しは種を取り除き、包丁でたたいて細かくする。

- 器に茹でて水気を切ったそうめん、(1)を1人前ずつ盛り、合わせたAをかける、白ごまを散らす。
