日本酒を使用することで酢の酸味の角をとり、味をまろやかにします。
ほたてとパプリカのバジルマリネ
材料（2人分）
- ほたて貝柱(刺身用)
- 6個
- 赤パプリカ
- 1/4個
- 黄パプリカ
- 1/4個
- ピーマン
- 1個
- ミニトマト
- 10個
- にんにく
- 1/2片
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/8個
- ケイパ
- 大さじ1
- アンチョビ
- 2本
- (A)煮切り酒
- 大さじ2
- ┗酢
- 大さじ1
- ┗オリーブ油
- 大さじ1
- ┗バジルソース
- 大さじ1と1/2
- 生バジル
- 適宜
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- ミニトマトは湯むきし、パプリカは幅5mm位で縦に切る。
- 2.
- にんにく、玉ねぎ、ケイパ、アンチョビはそれぞれみじん切りにする。
- 3.
- Aの中に(1),(2)を入れ、ラップをふんわりかけ電子レンジで約3分加熱する。
- 4.
- (3)のあら熱が取れたら、ホタテ貝柱を入れよく混ぜ、冷蔵庫で漬け込む。
- 5.
- 器に盛りつけ、生バジルを散らす。
