あさりと餃子の中華あんかけ
材料（3人分）
- にんじん
- 1/3本(40g)
- 長ねぎ
- 1/2本(30g)
- しょうが
- 1/2かけ(5g)
- ごま油
- 大さじ1/2
- あさり(殻つき)
- 250g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 冷凍ぎょうざ
- 6個
- (A)水
- 1/2カップ
- ┗片栗粉
- 小さじ2
- ┗中華だし
- 小さじ1/4
- ┗オイスターソース
- 小さじ1
- 小ねぎ
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- にんじんは短冊切り、ねぎは斜め薄切り、しょうがは千切りにする。
- 2.
- フライパンにごま油を熱し、砂抜きをしたあさり、(1)のにんじん、ねぎ、しょうがを入れて酒をふり、フタをして、あさりの殻が開くまで3分程加熱する。
- 3.
- 冷凍ぎょうざ、混ぜ合わせたAを加えて全体を混ぜながら、とろみがつくまで煮る。
- 4.
- 器に盛り、小口切りにした小ねぎを散らす。
