ぽかぽかと身体が温まる！
まだまだ続く寒い季節。身体がぽかぽかと温まる湯豆腐は、まさに冬の食卓にふさわしい一品です。今回は帆立の貝柱と今が旬の青梗菜を加えました。軟らかい貝柱と青梗菜のシャキシャキとした食感がアクセントになります。また、とろみをつけることで保温効果も期待でき、日本酒を加えることで旨味がプラスされています。ふつうの湯豆腐よりちょっとだけ手間を加えた「帆立のとろとろ湯豆腐」。身体も食卓も温まりますよ。
帆立のとろとろ湯豆腐
材料（2人分※写真は1人前）
- 厚揚げ豆腐
- 1丁
- 青梗菜
- 1株
- ごま油
- 大さじ1/2
- 帆立貝柱(水煮缶)
- 1/2缶(90g)
- きくらげ(乾燥)
- 5g
- (A)顆粒中華風スープの素
- 小さじ1/2
- ┗水
- 250ml
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗しょうゆ
- 大さじ1
- 片栗粉
- 大さじ1
- 水
- 大さじ2
- しょうが
- 1/2かけ
- 豆板醤
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 厚揚げは6等分に切る。青梗菜は根元を洗い、5cm長さに切る。きくらげは水で戻し、食べやすい大きさに切る。
- 2.
- 土鍋にごま油を中火で熱し、青梗菜を加えてサッと炒め、帆立缶、きくらげ、Aを加え、煮立たせる。
- 3.
- 厚揚げ豆腐を加え、ふたをして青梗菜がやわらかくなるまで2～3分煮る。
- 4.
- 水溶き片栗粉を加えてとろみがついたら火を止める。
- 5.
- 千切りにしたしょうがと豆板醤を添える。
