白菜とコンビーフのあんかけ汁
材料（3人分）
- 白菜
- 600g
- コンビーフ缶
- 50g
- (A)日本酒
- 大さじ3
- ┗うすくちしょうゆ
- 大さじ1
- ┗鶏がらスープの素
- 小さじ1
- ┗水
- カップ2
- (B)かたくり粉
- 大さじ1
- ┗水
- 大さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 白菜は、芯は縦に細切り、葉は大きくザク切りに切り分けておく。
- 2.
- 鍋の中を水でぬらし、(1)を詰めて入れ、真ん中に大雑把にほぐしたコンビーフを入れ、Aを加えてふたをし、中火で10分程煮る。
- 3.
- (2)の火が通ったら全体を混ぜ、よく混ぜたBを加えてとろみをつけて器に盛りつける。
