野菜たっぷりのスープでヘルシーに冷え知らず！
寒い季節に体をあたためてくれる長ネギや生姜がたっぷり入った
参鶏湯風のお鍋を作りました。
野菜もたっぷり一緒に入れてヘルシー＆ビューティーに！
鶏肉を焼く前に日本酒を吹きつけておくと、
きれいな焼き色と香ばしい香りがつき
スープに美味しいアクセントを加えてくれます。
参鶏湯鍋
材料（作りやすい分量）
- 鶏手羽先
- 6本
- もち米
- 大さじ2
- 栗(甘露煮)
- 6個
- 松の実
- 大さじ1
- サラダ油
- 大さじ1
- しょうが
- 1かけ
- にんにく
- 1かけ
- 長ねぎ
- 1本
- 水
- 3カップ
- 日本酒
- 1/2カップ
- 鶏ガラスープの素(顆粒)
- 小さじ2
- 塩
- 少々
- こしょう
- 少々
- にんじん1
- /6本
- しめじ
- 1株
- 白菜
- 1/8個
- 春菊
- 1束
- うす口しょうゆ
- 適量
- ごま油
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 鶏手羽先は筋切りをしながら骨を取り除く。袋状になった手羽先にもち米と栗、松の実を交互に詰め、楊枝でとめる。
- 2.
- フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、(1)の表面にスプレーボトルに入れた日本酒（分量外）を吹きつけ、表面に焦げ目がつく程度に下焼きする。（鶏肉の中まで火が通ってなくても大丈夫。）
- 3.
- 鍋に(2)、スライスしたしょうがとにんにく、長ねぎの青い部分（白い部分は斜め切りにして、取っておく。）水、日本酒、鶏ガラスープの素を入れ、火にかける。アクを取りながら、弱火で約３時間煮込む。（途中で水気が少なくなったら、水を足す。）塩、こしょうで味を調える。

- にんじんは型抜きし、しめじは石づきを取りほぐしておく。白菜と春菊はざく切りにする。
- 5.
- (3)に(4)と斜め切りにした長ねぎを並べ入れ、蓋をし、加熱する。
- 6.
- 器に取り分け、お好みでうす口しょうゆやごま油を加える。
