食べ応えと美味しさたっぷり！
この季節が旬の菜の花。からしを混ぜておひたしにするのが一般的ですが、シーフードと合わせることで、食べ応えある一品になります。
サラダのようにさっぱりしていますが、菜の花のほろ苦さとシーフードの旨味がマッチして食べ過ぎてしまう美味しさです。
日本酒は海老の臭み消しとしてパワーを発揮しています。
菜の花シーフード和え
材料（2人分）
- 菜の花
- 1束
- 芝エビ
- 6尾
- ┗日本酒
- 小さじ1
- ベビーホタテ
- 6個
- ゆで卵
- 1個
- (A)しょうゆ
- 小さじ2
- ┗みりん
- 小さじ2
- ┗オリーブオイル
- 小さじ2
- ┗酢
- 小さじ1
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 菜の花は固い根元の部分を１～２ｃｍ切り落としサッと塩ゆでし、冷水に取って冷まし、水気を絞って半分の長さに切る。
- 2.
- えびは殻をむき、背ワタをとり、日本酒につけて5分おき、ホタテと一緒にゆでる。
- 3.
- ゆで卵の白身はざく切り、黄身は裏ごす。
- 4.
- 器に(1),(2),(3)の白身を盛りつけ、黄身を飾り、よく混ぜたＡをかけていただく。
