お惣菜コーナーで売られているわかさぎの唐揚げ。
そのままでも美味ですが、ちょっとひと手間加えてあっさりマリネに仕上げてみませんか。
日本酒効果で酸味の角を取ったまろやかなマリネ液と、野菜で彩りを添えて、食卓に華やかな一品に早変わりです。
わかさぎのマリネ
材料（2人分）
- わかさぎの唐揚げ(市販品)
- 100g
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/4個
- 人参
- 2cm
- 水菜
- 1株
- (A)だし汁
- 60㏄
- ┗煮切り酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗酢
- 25㏄
- ┗薄口しょうゆ
- 25㏄
- ┗砂糖
- 大さじ1
- ┗赤唐辛子
- 1/2本
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 鍋にAの材料を入れてよく混ぜて加熱する。
- 2.
- 玉ねぎと人参をせん切りにし、水菜は4cmに切り、(1)に加える。
- 3.
- わかさぎは皿にのせ、ラップをかけて温め、(2)に加え、味がなじむまでおく。冷蔵庫で冷やしてから器に盛りつけ食す。
