これぞ美味しい組み合わせ！
サラダに、味噌汁に、炒め物に、さまざまな料理で活躍するキャベツ。冷蔵庫に必ず入っているというご家庭も多いのではないでしょうか。そんなキャベツと相性抜群なのがとり肉。今回は日本酒で酒蒸しにして、うま味をプラス。またトマトジュースを加えることで、コクが出ます。「とり肉」と「キャベツ」の美味しい組み合わせ。もちろん「ご飯」との組み合わせも抜群ですので、ぜひ今晩のおかずにしてみてはいかがでしょうか。
とり肉とキャベツの日本酒蒸し
材料（2～3人分）
- キャベツ
- 1/4個
- マッシュルーム
- 1パック
- パセリ
- 1枝
- 鶏もも肉
- 2枚(約360g)
- 塩・こしょう
- 少々
- 日本酒
- 3/4カップ
- トマトジュース
- 100ml
- ローリエ
- 1枚
- 塩
- 小さじ1/4
- 粗びき黒こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- キャベツは芯ごと4等分に切り、マッシュルームは石づきを落として半分に切る。パセリの葉は粗みじん切りにし、茎はとっておく。鶏もも肉は大きめの一口大に切り、塩、こしょうをふる。

- フライパンを熱して油をひかずに、キャベツと鶏肉の皮を下にして並べて中火で加熱し、鶏皮に焼き色がついたら裏返して軽く焼き、日本酒を加えて1/3量になるまで煮詰める。
- 3.
- トマトジュース、マッシュルーム、パセリの茎、ローリエを加え、蓋をして強めの中火で約10分煮る。塩、こしょうで調味し、器に盛ってパセリの葉を散らす。
