栄養価の高いパプリカをたっぷり使った
タイ料理の定番、ガパオのレシピをご紹介します。
特に赤パプリカはビタミンＡ、Ｃ、Ｅが豊富なので、
健康にも美容に良くとってもおすすめです！
具材を炒める際に日本酒を加えると旨味がプラスされます。
ガパオライス
材料（2人分）
- パプリカ(赤)
- 1/4個
- パプリカ(黄)
- 1/4個
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/2個
- にんにく
- 1かけ
- 唐辛子
- 1本
- バジル
- 10枚
- ごま油
- 大さじ1
- 鶏ひき肉
- 200g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖
- 小さじ1
- ┗ナンプラー
- 大さじ1
- ┗オイスターソース
- 大さじ1
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
- ご飯
- 300g
- 卵
- 2個
- サラダ油
- 大さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- パプリカは1cmの角切り、玉ねぎは粗みじん切り、にんにくはみじん切り、唐辛子は種を取って小口切りにする。バジルは葉を摘む。
- 2.
- フライパンにごま油を熱し、にんにく、唐辛子を入れて香りが立ってきたら鶏ひき肉を加えてほぐしながら炒め、火が通ったら、玉ねぎ、パプリカを順に入れる。日本酒を回し入れ、蓋をして2～3分蒸し焼きにする。

- Aを入れ、 全体に味がなじんだらバジルをちぎって入れ、軽く炒める。

- 別のフライパンにサラダ油を熱し、卵を割り入れ、目玉焼きを作る。
- 5.
- 器にご飯を盛り、(3),(4)をのせる。
