日本酒パワー×キャベツで美味しさを閉じ込める！
お肉ではなくお魚を使ったヘルシーなキャベツロール。
手が込んでいるように見えますが、手軽に作ることができるので
ちょっとしたおもてなしの場にも活用できます。
サーモンは日本酒をふりかけておくことで、臭みを緩和することができます。
また日本酒には煮崩れを防ぎ、美味しさを閉じ込めてくれる効果もあるので、
サーモンの美味しさが更にぐっとアップします。
サーモンキャベツロール
材料（2人分）
- キャベツ
- 6枚
- 甘塩鮭
- 2切(200g)
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/4個
- ディル
- 1枝
- ブロッコリー
- 1/4個
- こしょう
- 少々
- (A)トマト水煮(カット)
- 200g
- ┗トマトケチャップ
- 大さじ2
- ┗コンソメ(顆粒)
- 小さじ2
- ┗塩
- 少々
- ┗ローリエ
- 1枚
- ┗水
- 1.5カップ
How to cook（作り方）

- キャベツは1枚ずつ丁寧にはがし、芯の部分を削ぎ取り、軽く茹でる。鮭は日本酒を振りかけてからひと口大に切り、玉ねぎはみじん切り、ディルは半分の長さに切る。ブロッコリーは小房に分け、下茹でしておく。

- キャベツは大きいものなら1枚、小さいものなら2枚を重ね、その上に鮭、玉ねぎをのせ、こしょうを振り、キャベツをきつめに巻く。巻き終わりを楊枝で止める。この手順で4個作る。

- 鍋にAを入れ、(2)を並べ入れ、弱火で30分煮る。

- 器に盛り付け、ディルとブロッコリーを添える。
