冷凍ごはんを美味しくアレンジ！
冷凍庫で保存されたままのご飯。
炊きたてに比べるとかなり風味が落ちてしまいますよね。
でも日本酒の力を借りれば大丈夫！
日本酒をふりかけてレンジで温めるだけで
独特の冷凍臭が消えて、ふっくら感がよみがえります。
また、お米同士がパラパラになるので、
チャーハンを作るのにとても適しています。
今回は夏にぴったりのスパイシーなカレー風味のチャーハンに仕上げました。
カレーチャーハン
材料（2人分）
- 人参
- 1/5本
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/2個
- ピーマン
- 1個
- 卵
- 1個
- 冷凍ご飯
- 2杯分
- 日本酒
- 適量
- サラダ油
- 大さじ1
- 豚ひき肉
- 60g
- (A)カレー粉
- 小さじ2
- ┗コンソメ顆粒
- 小さじ1
- ┗塩
- 少々
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 野菜はそれぞれみじん切りにし、卵は割りほぐしておく。
- 2.
- 冷凍ご飯に、スプレーボトルに入れた日本酒を吹きつけ、ラップをしてレンジで約3～4分加熱する。
- 3.
- フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、豚ひき肉を入れて炒める。肉に火が通ったら野菜を加え炒め、一旦取り出しておく。
- 4.
- フライパンに(1)の卵と(2)をほぐして入れ、軽く炒め、(3)を戻し入れる。
- 5.
- Aを加えて炒めたら器に盛りつける。
