日本酒と一緒に煮込むことで
豆腐のおいしさを閉じ込めて煮崩れを防止してくれます。
スンドゥブ
材料（2人分）
- 絹ごし豆腐
- 1/2丁
- あさり(大きめ)
- 120g
- (A)砂糖
- 小さじ1
- ┗しょうゆ
- 小さじ1
- ┗おろしにんにく
- 小さじ1/2
- ┗韓国粉唐辛子
- 大さじ1
- ┗水
- 3カップ
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 豆腐はひと口大に切り、日本酒（分量外）を入れた熱湯で下ゆでしておく。あさりは、塩水につけて塩抜きしておく。長ねぎは斜め切り、ニラはざく切りにする。
- 2.
- 鍋にごま油を熱し、豚こま、長ねぎを順に炒めた後、キムチとAを加えて煮る。煮立ったら、豆腐、あさり、ニラを加えて煮る。
