男性の中には甘いものが苦手な方も多いですが、
手作りクッキーなら、甘さも抑えることができます。
日本酒を入れることで、きれいな焼き色をつけて
見た目もおいしく出来上がりますし、
日本酒好きな方にプレゼントしたら喜ばれること間違いありません！
日本酒クッキー
材料（ハート型32枚分）
- バター
- 50g
- 砂糖
- 40g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1・2/3
- 薄力粉
- 100g
- ベーキングパウダー
- 小さじ1/4
- チョコペン
- 適宜
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 室温にもどしたバターに砂糖を加えよく混ぜ、日本酒を少しずつ加えながら混ぜる。ふるって合わせておいた薄力粉、ベーキングパウダーを加え、ザックリと混ぜる。

- 粉っぽさがなくなったらラップで包み冷蔵庫で30分ほど寝かす。
- 3.
- クッキングシートに小麦粉を少量ふり(打ち粉)、(2)を5mm厚さにのばしてハート型で抜く。花の中心にする小さな丸型も作っておく。天板にクッキングシートを敷き、180℃に温めたオーブンで8～10分焼く。
- 4.
- お皿にチョコペンで文字を描き、花のようにクッキーを盛り付ける。
