焼き豆腐を手軽な炒めものに！

焼き豆腐とニラのオイスター炒め
材料（２人分）
- ニラ
- 1把(100g)
- トマト
- 1個(100g)
- 焼き豆腐
- 1丁(250g)
- 赤とうがらし
- 1/2本
- ごま油
- 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖
- 小さじ1
- ┗オイスターソース
- 大さじ1
- ┗日本酒
- 小さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- ニラは2cm長さに切る。トマトはヘタを取って乱切りにする。
- 2.
- 焼き豆腐は6つくらいにちぎる。赤とうがらしは種を取って小口切りにする。
- 3.
- フライパンを中火で熱し、ごま油を入れて赤とうがらしを炒める。
- 4.
- 香りが出たら(2)の焼き豆腐を加えて強火にし、切り口を焼きつける。
- 5.
- (1)のトマトを加え、(A)を加えて全体が色づくまで炒める。
- 6.
- (1)のニラを加えて30秒間くらい炒め、火を止め器に盛る。
