スーパーやコンビニなどで買える冷凍餃子。焼いて食べるのも美味しいですが、今回は新しい食べ方の、「スープ餃子」をご紹介します。スープに凍ったまま入れるだけですので、簡単につくれますよ。また、日本酒を加えて煮ることで旨味がプラス。餃子のほかに、トマトやニラを加えることで、彩りも鮮やかです。ニラはビタミンAが多く、ビタミンC、Eも豊富で、抗酸化作用があります。簡単につくれますが、栄養価も満足な一品です。
