コーンフレークチョコ
材料（3個分）
- 板チョコレート(ブラック)
- 150g
- コーンフレーク
- 60g
- スライスアーモンド
- 30g
- くるみ
- 30g
- レーズン
- 30g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- (A)バター
- 大さじ1/2
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ココア
- 適宜
- 粉砂糖
- 適宜
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 型にバターを薄く塗っておく。レーズンを日本酒につけてやわらかくしておく。
- 2.
- ボウルにチョコレートを入れ、チョコレートがつかるくらいまで外側の大きなボールに湯を注ぐ。
- 3.
- チョコレートに竹串を刺して柔らかくなったら、Aを加えて混ぜ、コーンフレーク、スライスアーモンド、くるみ、日本酒につけたレーズンを加えて混ぜる。
- 4.
- 用意したバットにクッキングシートを敷いて型をのせ、(3)を詰め、冷蔵庫に入れる。
- 5.
- チョコレートが固まったら型から出して、茶こしでココアと粉砂糖をふる。
