鶏ごぼうの炊き込みご飯（*２合分）

- 鶏もも肉
- 200g
- 日本酒
- 小さじ2
- 新ごぼう
- 1本
- 生しいたけ
- 2枚
- にんじん
- 1/2本
- (A)しょうゆ
- 大さじ2
- ┗オイスターソース
- 大さじ2
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ2
- ┗ごま油
- 大さじ1
- 米
- 2合
- 昆布
- 7cm
- 水
- 2カップ
- わけぎ
- 少々

- 1.
- お米2合を研いでおく。
- 2.
- ごぼうは笹がきにし、水に5分位つけてアク抜きをする。
- 3.
- しいたけは半分に切って薄くスライスし、にんじんは皮をむいて細切りに、鶏肉はひと口大に切って日本酒を振りかけておく。
- 4.
- 釜に(1)とAを入れ、水を入れてよくかき混ぜ、昆布、(2)、(3)を入れて炊く。
- 5.
- 器に盛りつけ、わけぎをトッピングする。
