フレッシュな旬のいちごをふんだんに使った可愛いピンクのババロアは、いかがでしょうか。
日本酒を使用することで旨味をプラス、煮切り酒なのでお子様のおやつにも安心です。
いちごババロア
材料（2人分）
- いちご
- 125g
- (A)粉ゼラチン
- 大さじ1/2
- ┗水
- 大さじ1と1/2
- ┗プレーンヨーグルト
- 1カップ
- ┗煮切り酒
- 大さじ1
- 生クリーム
- 1/2カップ
- 砂糖
- 大さじ3
- ☆飾り用ホイップ☆
- 生クリーム
- 適量
- 砂糖
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- Aを耐熱容器に入れ、ふやかす。飾り用の生クリームに砂糖を加えてホイップする。
- 2.
- いちごはへたを取り、飾り用に1粒を2mm核に刻んでとっておく。それ以外はハンドブレンダーで滑らかにする。
- 3.
- (2)にヨーグルト、生クリーム、砂糖を加えて混ぜる。
- 4.
- (1)を電子レンジで30秒加熱し、(3) に加えて混ぜる。
- 5.
- 器に(4) を流し入れて冷やし固め、ハート型に抜いて器に盛り、(1)のホイップクリームと(2)の刻んだいちごで飾りつけをする。
