お正月料理にそろそろ飽きてきた時は、簡単で食べやすいステーキ丼はいかがでしょうか。お歳暮でいただいたお肉やお正月なのでちょっといいお肉を買った時にも。
アボカドと牛肉に相性抜群のわさび風味のソースが食欲をいっそう引き立てます。
アボカドのコクがお肉のジューシーさと相まって、お手軽なのに贅沢どんぶりのできあがりです。
ソースに日本酒を加えることで旨味をプラスし、加熱することで香りを出します。
アボガドと牛肉のサイコロステーキ丼
材料（4人分）
- 牛肉(ステーキ用)
- 200g
- ┗塩・こしょう
- 少々
- アボカド
- 1個
- サラダ油
- 大さじ1/2
- (A)日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗しょうゆ
- 大さじ3
- ┗みりん
- 大さじ3
- ┗わさび
- 小さじ1.5
- バター
- 12g
- ご飯
- 460g
- 白煎りごま
- 大さじ2
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 牛肉は両面に塩・こしょうをふり下味をつける。アボカドは種と皮を外し1cm角に切る。
- 2.
- フライパンに油を熱し(1)の牛肉を入れて中火で3分、裏面して2～3分焼いて取り出し1.5cm角に切る。
- 3.
- (2)のフライパンにＡを加えて混ぜ約1分煮詰め、最後にバターを加えて30秒加熱する。
- 4.
- 丼に半量のご飯を盛付け、中央に(2)、その周囲にアボカドを盛付け、(3)のたれを全体的にかけ、最後に白ごまをふりかける。
