ポテサラで作る簡単！
先週に引き続きホットケーキミックスを使用したアレンジレシピのご紹介です。
ポテトサラダが余ってしまった、という時に是非お試しください。
カレー風味のポテトサラダに煮切り酒を加える事で風味がアップし、
まろやかになります。
また生地に日本酒を加えるのと、加えないのでは、
驚くほどふんわり感が変わるので、忘れずに「ひと振り」して下さいね。
カレーパン
材料（2人分）
- ホットケーキミックス
- 100g
- (A)日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗牛乳
- 大さじ2
- (B)ポテトサラダ
- 40g
- ┗カレー粉
- 小さじ1/4
- ┗煮切り酒
- 小さじ1
- 卵
- 1/2個
- 水
- 大さじ1
- パン粉
- 適量
- サラダ油
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- Ｂの材料を耐熱ボウルに入れて軽く混ぜる。
- 2.
- A（日本酒と牛乳）を合わせ、大きめのボウルに入れたホットケーキミックスに少しずつ加えて混ぜる。一つにまとまったら2等分にして丸め、ラップをして休ませる。
- 3.
- 衣を用意する。卵を溶いて、水を加えて卵液を作る。パン粉をバットに敷いておく。揚げ油もここで用意しておく。
- 4.
- (2)のパン生地を平らに広げ、(1)をスプーンですくって真ん中に乗せる。周囲から包むようにして閉じる。
- 5.
- (4)に卵液、パン粉の順でをまぶし、中温で両面がキツネ色になるまで油で揚げる。
※中身が出ないように、閉じ口はしっかり止める。
