ダブルの旨味成分で野菜を美味しく！
先週の冷麺に引き続き、
暑くなってくるとのどごしが良いものを食べたくなりますよね。
今回は見た目にも涼しさを演出してくれる和風の寒天よせのレシピです。
鰹だしのイノシン酸と日本酒のグルタミン酸、
２つの旨味成分の相乗効果により
旬の夏野菜のおいしさを一層引き立ててくれます！
夏野菜の寒天よせ
材料（2人分）
- 粉寒天
- 2g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- だし汁
- 250cc
- (A)塩
- 少々
- ┗うすくちしょうゆ
- 小さじ1
- ┗しょが絞り汁
- 小さじ1/2
- プチトマト
- 2個
- オクラ
- 1本
- とうもろこし(実)
- 20g
- ハム
- 20g
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- プチトマトは半分に切り、オクラは塩（分量外）で板ずりし、小口切り（星型になるように）、とうもろこしは茹でて実をばらし、ハムは1cmの色紙切りにする。
- 2.
- 鍋に日本酒とだし汁を入れ、粉寒天を振り入れてよく混ぜ、火にかける。沸騰したらさらに約2分かき混ぜながら煮溶かす。
- 3.
- 火を止め、Aを加えて混ぜ合わせ、(1)の具材を入れた器に注ぎ入れる。粗熱が取れたら、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める
