「しりしり」とは沖縄で千切り器でスライスした野菜の事を意味し、
千切りにんじん、ニラ、卵、シーチキンを炒めた「にんじんしりしり」は
沖縄でも定番の家庭料理です。
今回は少しアレンジして、うどんと一緒に炒めるもよし！

２種類の味が楽しめるレシピです。
冷凍うどんは独特の臭いがあるので
レンジで加熱する際に日本酒を振りかけると冷凍臭が緩和され、
食べやすくなります。
めんつゆには日本酒を加えると減塩効果があるので
