市販の調味料が日本酒でまろやかな味わいに。
旨味調味料も多く含まれている市販のスープの素ですが、
味がやや濃い目なので、
日本酒を加えて、まろやかな味わいに仕上げました。
旬の白菜のシャキシャキ感と春雨の食感だけでは
淡白になりがちなところに、ベーコンのコクもプラス。
さらに日本酒が旨味を引き出してくれています。
温かいスープに体を温める働きのある生姜とねぎが入って、
寒い時期には特にうれしいお手軽レシピです。
白菜のベーコンスープ
材料（2人分※写真は2人分）
- 白菜
- 120g
- 長ねぎ
- 20g
- ベーコン
- 40g
- 春雨
- 8g
- 水
- 2カップ
- 鶏がらスープの素
- 小さじ2
- 日本酒
- 大さじ2
- しょうが汁
- 少々
- 塩・こしょう
- 少々
- 白煎りごま
- 小さじ1/2
- ごま油
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 白菜は2cm、ベーコンは1cm幅に切る。
- 2.
- 春雨はキッチンばさみで食べやすい長さに切る。
- 3.
- 鍋に(1)と(2)、水、日本酒、鶏がらスープの素を入れて煮込み、食材がやわらかくなったらしょうが汁、塩・こしょう、ごま油を加えて味をととのえる。
- 4.
- (3)を器に盛り付けて、最後に白ごまをふる。
