材料（2人分※写真は1人分）
- 冷凍かぼちゃ(皮なし)
- 140g
- 日本酒
- 小さじ2
- ミックスベジタブル
- 20g
- (A)マヨネーズ
- 大さじ1.5
- ┗マスタード
- 小さじ2
- サラダ菜
- 4枚
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 冷凍かぼちゃに日本酒をふりかけて馴染ませ、レンジで解凍する。
- 2.
- (1)の皮をフォークでとりのぞきながらマッシュして、ミックスベジタブルを加えて500wのレンジで約1分加熱し、Aで和える。
- 3.
- (2)の粗熱が取れたら、サラダ菜を敷いた器に盛り付ける。
