無塩バターと日本酒のしみ込んだレーズンは飲み過ぎ注意の組み合わせ！
パーティなどにもよいですよ♪ 特に古酒とすっごく合います。
レーズンバター（4人分）
材料（※写真2人分）
- レーズン
- 30g
- 無塩バター
- 100g
- 日本酒（あれば古酒）
- 適量
- クラッカー
- 12枚
- イタリアンパセリ
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- レーズンを日本酒（あれば古酒）に2～3時間漬けておく。
- 2.
- バターは常温に置き、軟らかくしておく。
- 3.
- ボウルに水けを切ったレーズンとバターを入れよく混ぜ、ラップなどで棒状に巻いて冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
- 4.
- 7mm程度にスライスして器にもり、クラッカーとイタリアンパセリを添える。
