- すいか
- 1kg(皮付きで)
- (A)日本酒
- 100ml
- ┗ラム酒
- 大さじ4
- ┗レモン果汁
- 大さじ2
- ┗粉糖
- 大さじ2
- ミントの葉
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- すいかは種を取り除き、くり抜き器で丸くくり抜く（角切りでも可）。
- 2.
- ボールにAを合わせ、(1)を加えて絡め、冷蔵庫で冷やす。
- 3.
- 器に盛り、ミントの葉を飾る。
