みかんのフレンチトースト
材料（2人分）
- フランスパン
- 4切れ(70g)
- (A)卵
- 1個
- 豆乳
- カップ1/4
- みかん果汁
- カップ1/4
- 日本酒
- 大さじ2
- 砂糖
- 大さじ2
- みかん(小)
- 2個
- グラニュー糖
- 適宜
- バター
- 大さじ1
- ミントの葉
- 適宜

- 1.
- フランスパンはよく混ぜ合せたAにつけて、しっかりしみ込ませておく。
- 2.
- みかんは皮をむき、すじを取り、よこ半分に切る。
- 3.
- フライパンにバターを溶かし、(1)を両面色よく焼き、皿に盛る。
- 4.
- (3)のフライパンに(2)を入れ、上からグラニュー糖をふりかけ、両面を軽く焼く。
- 5.
- (3)のパンの上に(4)をのせ、ミントの葉を飾る。
