ホワイトソース作りの手間なし！
手軽に使える冷凍かぼちゃでクリーミーなグラタンを作りました。
レトルトシチューを使えば、野菜を切ったりホワイトシチューを作る手間もなく、立派なメインディッシュに早変わりします。
日本酒で特有のレトルト臭を消し、具材にうまみをプラスします。
レトルトシチューでパンプキングラタン
材料（2人分）
- 冷凍かぼちゃ
- 200g
- レトルトクリームシチュー
- 1袋
- 牛乳
- 50cc
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 塩
- 少々
- こしょう
- 少々
- ピザ用チーズ
- 30g
- バター
- 適量
- パン粉
- 適量
- ドライパセリ
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 冷凍かぼちゃは、耐熱皿に並べ、ラップをかけて電子レンジで4～5分加熱する。かぼちゃを取り出し、オーブンを250℃に予熱しておく。

- ボウルにクリームシチュー、日本酒、牛乳を入れて混ぜ合わせ、塩こしょうで味を調える。(1)のかぼちゃを加え、軽く混ぜ合わせる。
- 3.
- グラタン皿にバターを塗って、(2)を盛り、ピザ用チーズ、パン粉、 ちぎったバターをのせ、250℃のオーブンで7～8分程度焼く。最後にパセリを散らす。
