味がしっかり染みこんだ具材を使っているので、
通常のけんちん汁とは違った味わいで美味しく召し上がっていただけます。
筑前煮は汁に入れる前に日本酒をふりかけて電子レンジで加熱しておくと、
お惣菜独特の臭みが消え、汁物として調理しても臭いが気にならない
スッキリとした味に仕上がります。
筑前煮deけんちん汁
材料（2人分）
- 筑前煮(惣菜)
- 小1パック(150g)
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 木綿豆腐
- 1/4丁
- だし汁
- 2カップ
- (A)しょうゆ
- 小さじ2
- ┗塩
- 少々
- 七味唐辛子
- お好みで
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 筑前煮の具材で大きいものは、食べやすい大きさに切る。耐熱皿にのせ、日本酒をふりかけ、ラップをしてレンジで約2分加熱する。豆腐は、さいの目に切る。

- 鍋にだし汁を沸かし、沸騰したら(1)を入れ、Aで味付けする。
- 3.
- 器に盛り付け、お好みで七味唐辛子を加える。
