ホタテと冬野菜の包み蒸し
材料（2人分）
- ホタテ
- 6個
- (A)塩
- 少々
- ┗コショウ
- 少々
- ブロッコリー
- 1/8個
- カリフラワー
- 1/8個
- (B)みそ
- 大さじ1
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1/2
- バター
- 5g
- ポン酢
- お好みで
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 鍋に水を入れて火にかけ、蒸し器の準備をしておく。ホタテはAで下味をつけた後、水気をふき取っておく。ブロッコリーとカリフラワーは小房にわける。
- 2.
- クッキングシートの中央にホタテを置き、ブロッコリーとカリフラワーをのせ、よく混ぜたBを回しかける。真ん中にバターをのせ、シートの口をしっかり閉じる。
- 3.
- 蒸気のあがった蒸し器に並べ入れ、10～15分蒸す。お好みでポン酢をかける。
※蒸し器がない場合はフライパンに水をはって蓋をして代用を。
