レアチーズケーキ
材料（18cm丸型）
- クリームチーズ
- 200g
- プレーンヨーグルト
- 200g
- 生クリーム
- 100cc
- 砂糖
- 80g
- 煮切り酒
- 大さじ2
- レモン汁
- 大さじ2
- 粉ゼラチン
- 5g
- 水
- 大さじ2
- カステラ
- 3切れ
- レモン
- 適量
- ミント葉
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- カステラをスライスし、型の底に敷き詰める。ゼラチンは水に振り入れて、ふやかした後、レンジにかけて溶かしておく。
- 2.
- 耐熱ボウルに、クリームチーズを入れて、電子レンジで約１分加熱後、砂糖を加えて、クリーム状になるまで泡だて器で練る。
- 3.
- プレーンヨーグルト、生クリーム、煮切り酒、レモン汁の順に混ぜ合わせる。
- 4.
- (1)のゼラチンを加え、ゴムべらで混ぜたら、型に流し込み、冷蔵庫で３～４時間冷やし固める。
- 5.
- 切り分けて器に盛り、スライスしたレモンとミントを飾る。
