ほくほくと湯気が立ち昇る熱々の湯豆腐はいかがですか？
シンプルなお料理だからこそ少し手を加えると
美味しさがより一層引き立ちます。
薬味の梅干しや、ポン酢に煮切り酒を加える事で酸味の角がとれ、
味がまろやかで食べやすくなります。
またお野菜やお豆腐を煮るお湯にも日本酒を入れることで
食材の旨味をグッと引き出してくれますよ！
日本酒で作る湯豆腐
材料（2人分）
- 木綿豆腐
- 300g
- 水菜
- 60g
- 椎茸
- 4枚
- 長ねぎ
- 100g
- 人参
- 10g
- 昆布5×10cm角
- 1枚
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 水
- 500cc
- (A)ポン酢
- 60cc
- ┗煮切り酒
- 小さじ1
- <薬味>
- (B)梅干し1個
- ┗煮切り酒
- 小さじ1/2
- あさつき
- 適量
- おろし生姜
- 適量
- すだち1個
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 土鍋に水、日本酒、昆布を入れて３０分置く。
Bの梅干しは種を取り除き、果肉を包丁でたたき、煮切り酒でのばしておく。
あさつきは小口切りにする。

- 豆腐は６等分に切り、水菜は根元を落としてよく洗い、５ｃｍ位の長さに切る。椎茸は石づきを取り、飾り包丁を入れる。長ねぎは斜め切りする。人参は、型抜きしておく。
- 3.
- (1)の鍋に(2)を並べ入れ、蓋をし、中火で加熱する。
- 4.
- 器にAを入れ、薬味と共に(3)を食べる。
