健康にいいと話題のサバを、冬瓜とあわせた意外な組み合わせのカレーです。
日本酒を加えることで、冬瓜の煮崩れを防ぎます。
カレーによってサバ独特の風味が和らぐので、サバが苦手な方でも食べやすい一品です。
冬瓜のカレー
材料（４皿分）
- 玉ねぎ
- 1個
- にんじん
- 1/2本
- とうがん
- 1/4個（500g）
- サラダ油
- 大さじ1
- 水
- 550ml
- 日本酒
- 大さじ3
- サバ水煮缶
- 2缶
- カシューナッツ
- 30g
- カレールウ
- 1/2箱(約100g)
- パセリ
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- にんじんは一口大、玉ねぎは薄切りにする。冬瓜は皮をむいてタネとワタをとって3cm角に切る。
- 2.
- 厚手の鍋にサラダ油を熱して玉ねぎ、にんじんを炒める。
- 3.
- 水と日本酒、冬瓜を加え、沸騰したらあくを取り、材料が軟らかくなるまで弱火で約10分煮、サバ水煮缶とカシューナッツを加えて約5分煮込む。
- 4.
- ルウを加え、とろみがつくまで約5分煮込み、ごはんと共に器に盛って刻んだパセリを散らす。
