クリーミーでやさしい味わい！
「春の菊」と書く春菊。スーパーなどでいつでも手に入る食材ですが、実は茎や葉がやわらかくて、香り高いのは冬の時期って知っていましたか？そんな旬の春菊を使用してつくったのが、「春菊とウィンナーのクリームコロッケ」。サクサクのころもに、ホワイトソースのコクとウィンナーのジューシーさ、そして春菊の香りが絶妙にマッチ。ホワイトソースに日本酒を加えることでレトルト臭が緩和されます。出来立てはもちろんですが、お弁当のおかずとしても大活躍の一品ですよ。
春菊とウインナーのクリームコロッケ
材料（2人分）
- 春菊
- 50g
- ウインナー
- 3本
- ホワイトソース(缶)
- 1缶(約150g)
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 白いりごま
- 大さじ1+1/2
- 溶き卵
- 1個分
- サラダ油
- 適量
- 小麦粉
- 適量
- パン粉
- 適量
- 揚げ油
- 適量
- ミニトマト
- 6個
- 水菜
- 30g
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 春菊は葉を摘み、大きいものは半分にちぎる。ウインナーは輪切りにする。
- 2.
- ホワイトソースは日本酒を振りかけ、春菊、ウインナー、ごまを加えて混ぜる。バットにラップを敷き、その上にたねを広げて上からもラップをかぶせ、冷凍庫で約30分冷やす。
- 3.
- ゴムべらでたねを12等分して、たわら型にまるめ、小麦粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順で衣をつける。
- 4.
- ときどき菜箸で返しながら、160〜170℃の油でゆっくり黄金色に揚げる。
- 5.
- 器に盛り、ミニトマトと水菜を添える。
