いわしのパスタ
材料（2人分）
- いわし
- 4尾
- 日本酒
- 大さじ2
- 小麦粉
- 大さじ2
- ダイストマト(缶)
- 200g
- ブラックオリーブ
- 8粒
- 青じそ
- 2枚
- にんにく
- 1片
- ペンネ
- 160g
- オリーブ油
- 大さじ2
- パスタの茹で汁
- 50cc
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- いわしはウロコを取り、頭と腹ワタを取ったら充分に水洗いする。水気をよく拭き取り、丁寧に骨を取り手開きする。半身にして一口大に切り、日本酒を振り、5分程おき、水分を取り小麦粉をまぶす。
- 2.
- にんにくはみじん切り、ブラックオリーブは輪切りに、青じそはせん切りにする。
- 3.
- ペンネを表示どおりに茹でる。
- 4.
- フライパンにオリーブ油を熱し、にんにくを炒め香りがでたら、(1)を焼き色がつくまで焼き、ダイストマトとパスタの茹で汁を加えてソースを作る。
- 5.
- (4)に茹であがった(3)を入れ、軽く和え器に盛りつけ、ブラックオリーブと青じそをトッピングする。
