ボリューミー！なのにあっさり！
生クリームたっぷりのスイーツは美味しいけれど、カロリーが気になってしまいますよね。
そこで生クリームの代わりに水切りヨーグルトを使ってカロリーオフ！ボリュームはそのままなのにあっさりヘルシーにいただけます。
日本酒は、洋菓子でも大活躍！パイ生地に綺麗な焼き色と香ばしい香りをプラスします。
ヘルシーフルーツパイ
材料（2人分）
- 冷凍パイシート
- 1と1/2枚
- 打ち粉
- 適量
- 日本酒
- 適量
- (A)ヨーグルト(水切りしたもの)
- 150g
- 生クリーム
- 75ml
- グラニュー糖
- 大さじ1
- (B)いちご
- 8粒
- キウイフルーツ
- 1個
- オレンジ
- 1個
- ブルーベリー
- 20粒
- 粉砂糖
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- ヨーグルトは、ボールの上にペーパータオルをしいたザルを上にのせ、冷蔵庫で約1時間水切りする。
- 2.
- 冷凍パイシートは解凍し、打ち粉をふって、軽く伸ばし、フォークで穴をあける。
- 3.
- 天板にオーブンシートを敷き(2)をのせ日本酒をスプレーし200℃のオーブンで約15分焼く。
- 4.
- Bの果物（ブルーベリー以外）は皮やへたを取り除き、厚さ7mmにカットする。ブルーベリーは洗って水気を拭いておく。
ボウルに生クリームとグラニュー糖を入れ、氷水にあてながら、8分立てに泡立てる。

- (4)に(1)の水切りしたヨーグルトを入れ、混ぜる。
- 6.
- (2)のパイの上に(5)のクリームを絞り、(4)のフルーツをのせ、クリームを絞り、パイをかぶせる。
- 7.
- パイ生地上部に粉砂糖をふり、器の余白にフルーツを飾る（分量外）。
