ゆずの香りがたまらない！
寒い日が続き春が待ち遠しい日々ですが、ゆずの風味と春菊の味わいを楽しみながら、あえて冬を感じてみるのはいかがでしょうか。
ゆずの果汁には、シミやソバカスなどの予防効果が期待できるビタミンC、春菊には、血行促進に役立つビタミンEなど女性に嬉しい栄養素も含まれています。人参や油揚げの彩りもきれいで見ているだけで、女子力がアップしそうですね。
煮切り酒を使用することにより、しょうゆの塩味をまろやかにします。
春菊と油揚げのゆず和え
材料（2人分）
- 春菊
- 200g
- 人参
- 50g
- 油揚げ
- 1枚
- ゆず
- 1個
- ゆずの皮
- 適量
- (A)しょうゆ
- 大さじ1
- ┗みりん
- 大さじ1/2
- ┗砂糖
- 小さじ1
- ┗塩
- 少々
- ┗煮切り酒
- 小さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 春菊は3～4ｃｍ長さに切る。人参は皮をむいて3～4cmの長さのせん切りにする。油揚げは熱湯をかけて油抜きし、幅を半分に切ってから1cm幅の短冊切りにする。
- 2.
- 沸騰した湯で、春菊と人参ををゆで、冷水に取って水気をしっかり絞る。
- 3.
- ゆずは果汁を絞って(A)と混ぜ合わせ、油あげと(2)を一緒に和える。
- 4.
- 盛りつけてせん切りしたゆずの皮を飾る。
