材料（2人分）
- にんじん
- 100g
- おから
- 80g
- 桜えび(乾)
- 8g
- (A)日本酒
- 大さじ1/2
- ┗薄口しょうゆ
- 小さじ2
- ┗みりん
- 大さじ1/2
- ┗水
- 70cc
- あさつき
- 大さじ2
- 白いりごま
- 大さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- にんじんは皮をむいて4cm長さの千切りにする。
- 2.
- テフロン鍋におからを入れて乾煎りし水気をとばして取り出しておく。同じ鍋に桜えびを入れて乾煎りし香りが立ったらAと(1)を入れて煮る。
- 3.
- にんじんが軟らかくなったら、おからを加えて混ぜ、汁気がなくなったら火を止める。
- 4.
- 浅葱と白ごまを加えてサックリと混ぜ、器に盛りつける。
