鮭とじゃがいもの簡単ミルク煮
材料（2人分）
- 鮭
- 200g
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1
- じゃがいも
- 2個
- 玉ねぎ
- 1個
- 青梗菜
- 1株
- しめじ
- 50g
- (A)水
- 1.5カップ
- ┗固形コンソメ
- 2個
- ┗牛乳
- 1カップ
- 塩・こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 鮭は一口サイズに切り日本酒を振りかけておく。じゃがいもは皮をむいて半分に切り、玉ねぎは串形に切る。青梗菜は1枚ずつはがして4cmに切り、しめじは根元を落とし小房にほぐす。

- 鍋に青梗菜の葉以外の食材とAを入れ、アクを取りながら約10分煮る。
- 3.
- 青梗菜の葉と牛乳を加えてひと煮立ちしたら塩・こしょうで味を調え、器に盛りつける。
