モロヘイヤのビシソワーズ
材料（2人分）
- モロヘイヤ
- 1束
- じゃがいも
- 小1個
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/4個
- オリーブ油
- 大さじ1/2
- (A)水
- 1カップ
- (A)顆粒コンソメ
- 小さじ1と1/2
- (A)日本酒
- 大さじ1/2
- 牛乳
- 1/2カップ
- 塩・こしょう
- 少々
- 生クリーム
- 適宜
- クルトン
- 適宜
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- モロヘイヤは茎を除き、下茹でして水に放ち、水気を切ってざく切りにする。
じゃがいもは皮をむいて半月切り、玉ねぎは薄切りにする。
- 2.
- 鍋に油を熱し、玉ねぎを焦がさないように炒め、じゃがいもを加え軽く炒めAを加えて煮る。
- 3.
- 野菜が軟らかくなったらモロヘイヤと共にミキサーに入れて撹拌し、冷蔵庫で冷やす。
- 4.
- 冷えたら牛乳を加え、塩・こしょうで調味して器に注ぐ。
お好みで生クリームを回しかけ、クルトンを浮かべる。
