日本酒を使うことで鶏肉のくさみを消し、軟らかくしてくれます。
鶏手羽は、揚げるより煮込むことでよりコラーゲンがしみ出し、美容効果も期待できます。
新玉ねぎの丸ごと煮
材料（2人分）
- 新玉ねぎ
- 2個
- 鶏手羽
- 4本
- しょうが
- 1かけ
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- (A)だし
- 2.5カップ
- ┗薄口しょうゆ
- 大さじ1.5
- ゆずこしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 新玉ねぎは上下を切り落として、皮をむく。
- 2.
- 鍋にAを入れて火にかけ、(1)を加えて15分位煮る。
- 3.
- 鶏手羽は日本酒を振りかけておく。
- 4.
- (2)の鍋に生姜、(3)を加えて煮込む。アクが出てきたら取り出し、玉ねぎが軟らかくなったら火をとめる。盛りつけの際、ゆずこしょうを添える。
