日本酒と桜の香り高い上品な春らしいデザートです。
やさしい甘さと弾力のあるさっぱりとした口あたりで桜を見ながら食べたい一品です。
日本酒を使うことで味をまろやかにしてくれます。
日本酒の桜プリン
材料（2人分）
- 桜の花の塩漬け
- 8個
- 粉ゼラチン
- 10g
- 水
- 50cc
- (A)牛乳
- 300cc
- ┗砂糖
- 50g
- ┗日本酒
- 100cc
- (B)水
- 50cc
- ┗砂糖
- 大さじ1.5
- ┗日本酒
- 小さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 桜の花の塩漬けは、洗って塩を落とし、水（分量外）に５分ほどつけて塩抜きをする。飾り用に形のきれいなものを４個とりおき、残りはみじん切りにする。
- 2.
- 分量の水にゼラチンをふり入れ、15分以上ふやかす。
- 3.
- 鍋にAを合わせて、弱めの中火にかける。砂糖が溶けたら火を止め、(2)を加えて完全に溶かす。
- 4.
- 鍋の底を氷水にあて、底をこするように混ぜながら冷ます。みじん切りした桜の花を混ぜ 器に等分に注ぐ。冷蔵庫で冷やし固める（2～3時間）。
- 5.
- シロップをつくる。鍋にBを合わせて、弱めの中火にかける。砂糖が溶けたら、火を止め冷ます。(4)の上に飾り用の桜の花をのせ、シロップをかける。
