春のうまみたっぷり！
今が旬のはまぐり。代表的な食べ方である酒蒸しに、春野菜を加え、貝のうまみをぎゅっとしみ込ませました。味付けはシンプルですが、蒸しているので日本酒が引き出した素材のうまみを閉じ込めてくれます。
春野菜とはまぐりの酒蒸し
材料（2人分）
- 菜の花
- 1/2束
- たけのこ穂先(ゆでたものか水煮)
- 1本分
- スナップエンドウ
- 6本
- はまぐり(殻付・砂抜したもの)
- 6個
- 日本酒
- 大さじ2
- (A)ごま油
- 小さじ1
- ┗塩
- 適量
- ┗粗挽きこしょう
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 菜の花は根元を切って適当な長さに切る。たけのこはくし型に切る。スナップエンドウは筋を取る。
- 2.
- はまぐりは、よく洗っておく。
- 3.
- 耐熱容器に(2)と日本酒を入れて、ふたまたはラップをかけて、電子レンジ（600w）に3～5分かける。
- 4.
- はまぐりの口があいたら、(1)をのせ、ごま油を回しかけ、塩、粗挽きこしょう適量をふり、野菜に火が通るまで電子レンジにかける（600w3分程度）。
