- ┗酢
- 小さじ1g弱
- ┗みそ
- 大さじ2
- ┗砂糖
- 小さじ2
- ┗日本酒
- 小さじ1

- 1.
- ウドとにんじんは、皮をむいて短冊に切り、キャベツは太めのざく切りにして、さっとゆでて冷ます。

- 水気を切った(1)とAの調味料、水気を切ったツナを合わせて和え、器に盛る。
