あっさり食材なのにコクと旨味がたっぷり！
高たんぱく質でヘルシーな高野豆腐とさわらを
ごま油やオイスターソースなどコクのある調味料で
照り焼きにしてみました。
煮物が定番の高野豆腐は焼くと香ばしくとっても美味しいので
いつもと違う調理法に是非チャレンジしてみてください。
日本酒を使うことで、さわらの臭みを取り除いてくれる効果があります。
また綺麗な焼き色をつけて香ばしく仕上げてくれるので、
照り焼きには欠かせない存在です。
さわらと高野豆腐のオイスター照り焼き
材料（2人分）
- さわら
- 2切れ
- (A)日本酒
- 大さじ2
- (A)塩
- 小さじ1/3
- 高野豆腐
- 1枚
- ごま油
- 大さじ1
- 小麦粉
- 大さじ2
- (B)オイスターソース
- 大さじ2
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗みりん
- 大さじ1
- あさつき
- 適量
- 白炒りごま
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- さわらを３等分にし、Aを振り、約10分置き、水気が出たらペーパータオルで拭き取る。高野豆腐はぬるま湯で戻し、水気を絞り、食べやすい大きさに切る。
- 2.
- フライパンにごま油を熱し、小麦粉をまぶしたさわらと高野豆腐を並べ、両面を焼く。火が通ったら、よく混ぜたBを回し入れ、焦げないように火加減を調整しながら全体に味を絡ませる。
- 3.
- 器に盛り付け、小口切りにしたあさつき、ごまを散らす。
