節分の豆まきで余ってしまった福豆、みなさんどうされていますか？
使い道がなくて結局捨ててしまう方も多いのではないでしょうか。
今回は福豆を使ったシリアルスイーツのレシピをご紹介します。
シリアルは栄養価が高く、健康にも美容にも良いのでおすすめです。
日本酒を加える事で、ほんのりと日本酒が香る
深みのある味わいに仕上がります。
福豆入り簡単シリアルスイーツ
材料（2人分）
- シリアル
- 90g
- 福豆
- 20g
- ┗砂糖
- 大さじ3
- ┗はちみつ
- 大さじ3
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ2
- ┗バター
- 15g
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 鍋にAを入れて弱火にかけ、きつね色に泡立ってきたらシリアルと福豆を入れて混ぜる。（熱し過ぎるとかたくなるので注意。）
- 2.
- オーブンシートを敷いた型に入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やし固め、食べやすい大きさに取り分ける
※常温に長時間おいておくと形崩れすることがあるので食べる直前に冷蔵庫からとり出して下さい。
