ヘルシー素材なのに食べ応えのあるサラダです。豚肉に日本酒としょうがを揉み込んでいるので、食物繊維がおいしく摂れます。加熱しても硬くならず、肉の臭みもまったく気になりません。便秘予防に役立つまろやかな大吟醸と好相性です。
ごぼうと豚肉のサラダ
材料（２人分）
- ごぼう（ささがき）市販品
- 1袋（100g）
- 豚こま切れ肉
- 150g
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗しょうゆ
- 大さじ1
- ┗小麦粉
- 適量
- 水菜
- 50g
- サラダ油
- 大さじ2
- (A)酢
- 大さじ1
- ┗塩
- 小さじ1/2
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- ささがきごぼうはサッと水洗いし、ペーパータオルで拭く。豚肉は日本酒としょうゆをふりかけ5分おいてからペーパータオルで拭き、小麦粉をまぶす。水菜は5cm長さに切り皿に盛る。
- 2.
- フライパンに油を中火で熱し、ごぼうを入れカリッとするまで揚げ焼きし、取り出しておく。
- 3.
- フライパンに豚肉を広げて入れ、焼色がついたら(1)の水菜の上に盛り、(2)のごぼうをトッピングする。
- 4.
- フライパンに(A)を入れ加熱し沸騰したら、(3)にかける。
